Ingredients
Scale
Beef Patties
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices American cheese
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Wrap & Vegetables
- 4 small flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced pickles
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Shape into small, thin patties that fit well inside the wraps. Cook in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. In the last minute, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.
- Make the Big Mac Sauce: While patties cook, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Mix well and adjust seasonings to taste for a creamy, tangy dressing.
- Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and finely shred the iceberg lettuce. Dice the onion finely and thinly slice the pickles to layer evenly in the wrap.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each flour tortilla and spread a generous spoonful of Big Mac sauce. Add cooked beef patties topped with melted cheese, then layer with shredded lettuce, chopped onions, and pickles. Roll tortillas tightly to secure all fillings.
- Serve and Enjoy: Optionally cut wraps in half for easy handling. Serve immediately while patties are warm and sauce is fresh, alone or with your favorite side dish.
Notes
- Use soft, fresh tortillas for easy rolling and better texture.
- Do not overcook beef patties to keep them juicy.
- Make Big Mac sauce a day ahead to deepen flavors.
- Layer crunchy veggies last to maintain crispness inside the wrap.
- Warm tortillas briefly before assembling to improve pliability.
