Instructions

- Lay Out Your Egg Roll Wrappers: Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with a corner pointing towards you to form a diamond shape. Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
- Fill and Roll the Egg Rolls: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken filling near the corner closest to you. Fold that corner over the filling, tuck in the sides tightly, then roll the wrapper firmly until fully sealed. Use a little water or beaten egg to seal the edge securely.
- Fry the Egg Rolls to Golden Perfection: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls carefully in batches, turning occasionally, until they are evenly golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels or a wire rack to remove excess oil.
