Instructions

  2. Mix the Base Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine uncooked long-grain white rice, condensed cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion powder, and additional salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to create a creamy rice mixture.
  3. Assemble the Casserole: Grease a casserole dish. Place the cooked chicken pieces evenly in the dish. Pour the rice mixture over the chicken, spreading it out evenly. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
