- Combine Pasta, Shrimp, and Sauce: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the creamy sauce along with the shrimp. Toss everything together to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time if the sauce needs thinning.
- Final Touches: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pasta and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes as desired. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
