Instructions

- Sauté Garlic and Build the Sauce: In the same pot, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn. Stir in honey and soy sauce, scraping the browned bits from the pot to form a rich, glossy sauce.
- Add Broth and Noodles: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add egg noodles, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid to cook evenly.
- Simmer Until Tender: Place the seared chicken back on top of the noodles. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until noodles are tender and chicken is cooked through with no pink inside.
- Final Touches and Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions. Stir gently, taste, and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm and enjoy.
