Instructions
- Prepare your molds: Line mini cupcake tins with paper liners or use silicone molds for easy removal once the cups are set. This keeps your treats uniform and mess-free.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt your vegan chocolate chips together with coconut oil until smooth and glossy, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
- Build the chocolate base: Spoon a thin layer of melted chocolate at the bottom of each mold, ensuring it coats the base evenly. Place in the fridge and chill for about 10 minutes until hardened.
- Add peanut butter and jam: Mix peanut butter with maple syrup if using, then spoon a dollop of peanut butter into each hardened chocolate shell. Top with a small amount of your favorite jam to create the signature sweet layer.
- Seal with chocolate: Cover the peanut butter and jam layers with another layer of melted chocolate, making sure the filling is fully sealed inside. Freeze or chill until completely firm, about 30 minutes.
