- Fry the Pineapple: Remove pineapple from marinade (reserve the liquid), sprinkle pieces with brown sugar, and place into hot butter. Fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized.
- Add the Soaking Liquid: Pour reserved rum marinade into the pan. Let it bubble and reduce slightly, coating the pineapple in a sticky glaze.
- Serve Warm: Transfer pineapple to serving dishes and drizzle with remaining pan sauce. Enjoy immediately for best flavor and texture.
